Human Resources Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends supporting recruiting, retention, and workforce planning.
• Create reports and deliver insights for workforce decision-making.
• Build and enhance reporting tools using Workday, Excel, and SQL.
• Partner with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into workforce planning.
• Improve HR data quality by identifying trends and recommending process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of Analyst experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• All positions are on-site.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or database management.
