Sr. Analyst & Program Manager, Global Talent (Talent Management/Program Management): Running the operating cadence for the Talent leadership team and managing annual talent-cycle programs with an accent on executive-ready analysis, budget tracking, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on synthesizing workforce data for C-suite decisions, quantifying talent costs and value, and improving HR systems and knowledge management.

Location: Raleigh, NC, United States

Salary: $91,700–$170,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

  • Manage the operating cadence for the Talent leadership team, including operating reviews, annual strategy planning, KPIs, daily management, and visual management.
  • Coordinate site visits and support problem-solving around complex talent challenges with operating company customers.
  • Manage the annual talent cycle and priority talent programs, including timelines, communications, reporting, governance, and execution.
  • Develop executive-ready insights, scenarios, and recommendations for C-suite forums, including people-related M&A and cost-optimization work.
  • Partner with HR Technology, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services teams on systems, knowledge management, escalations, and emerging trends.
  • Track budgets and commitments to support timely delivery and expected costs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or MBA in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • AI literacy and financial fluency, including P&L, cost center, accrual, and headcount-plan terminology.
  • Ability to create polished executive materials and explain complex analysis clearly to senior audiences.
  • Strong organization, judgment, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in talent management, talent planning, organization effectiveness, or a business or HR rotational program.
