Manager, HR Systems and Analytics

Location: Hybrid in-office/remote work based in Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY, or Washington, D.C.

Salary: $114,200–$182,750 for Washington, DC positions; $124,200–$198,600 for New York, NY positions.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, releases, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement of the global Workday environment and related HR technologies.
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, integration, and support of HR systems across recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance, learning, benefits, time tracking, and reporting.
• Direct HR reporting and workforce analytics, including dashboards, scorecards, operational reports, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Establish standards for HR data integrity, governance, reporting consistency, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders on system strategy, process transformation, integrations, and service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop analysts while managing priorities, projects, service standards, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems, HRIS, workforce analytics, or HR technology, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Workday in a complex, global organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, data governance, reporting, integrations, security, and HR technology best practices.
• Experience partnering with IT teams on enterprise applications, integrations, and security, with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a law firm or other professional services organization.
• Workday certification or advanced Workday functional knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI, Prism Analytics, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
