What you will do

• Coach managers on performance management, organizational planning, and HR strategies.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs to balance business and employee needs.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
• Partner with employees and leaders to define career paths and development opportunities.
• Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights that support effective decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR or business experience.
• Knowledge of Workday Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
