Senior Human Resources Business Partner

What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR partner to corporate leaders on talent, performance, and employee relations.
• Partner with executive leadership on succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and other HR initiatives.
• Identify training, leadership development, and mentoring opportunities.
• Use employee and leadership feedback to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams on strategies to attract and source talent at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR or business experience.
• Experience with the Workday applicant tracking system.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• All positions are on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.
