Principal Consultant (Legal Technology)

Location: London, United Kingdom; office-based. Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom for any employer.

Salary: £100,000–£130,000 GBP annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
• Develop consulting plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
• Monitor consulting progress, adjust plans, and support timely completion.
• Report consulting status to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks while fostering collaboration across the consulting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with business solutions, business intelligence, CRM, document management, quality assurance, and legal project management.
• Authorization to work in the United Kingdom for any employer.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with InTapp, iManage Work, NetDocuments, Krystal DMS, LogicalDoc, or similar legal technology products.
• Experience in a legal services provider, in-house legal environment, financial services, or a similar setting.
• Certified Management Consultant certification or equivalent.
