Senior Corporate Recruiter

Location: On-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States

What you will do

• Lead complex recruitment assignments for corporate positions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to the recruiting team.
• Review applications and interview candidates to assess experience, education, training, skills, and salary requirements.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs, qualifications, and recruitment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates, and partners at all levels.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• All positions are on-site.
