Founding Software Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA, United States; candidates must work from the San Francisco office.

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 USD annually

hirify.global is a well-funded, seed-stage B2B SaaS startup building an agentic integrations platform for the supply chain industry.

What you will do

• Build and evolve the integrations platform, including mapping, testing, retries, queues, observability, and infrastructure.
• Develop features across the frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and LLM-based agentic workflows.
• Own projects end-to-end from initial specifications through implementation and measurable customer impact.
• Help shape product direction, engineering culture, and company-building decisions as an early team member.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience building products from 0 to 1 through early-stage startup work or substantial side projects.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development and Node.js for backend development.
• Experience integrating or building workflows around large language models and agent-based platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with end-to-end feature development, observability, monitoring, distributed tracing, reliable retry and queuing patterns, and strong computer science fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise integration domains such as EDI, ERP, WMS, or TMS.
• Familiarity with Vercel and Tailwind CSS.
