What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap for the web platform, including component systems, rendering architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Influence architectural decisions across the organization to support AI-native engineering standards.
• Pioneer an AI-native SDLC by implementing agentic workflows for code generation, testing, and production monitoring.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to ensure the reliability of agentic systems.
• Mentor and grow engineering talent, setting the standard for AI-native execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience as a technical owner of software systems.
• Deep hands-on expertise with the full web stack including React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Proven experience leading web platforms, including design systems, rendering frameworks, and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to execute multi-layer architectural decisions on live production platforms.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as access to export-controlled technology may be required.

• Familiarity with agentic systems or LLM-powered tooling.
• Experience with stack consolidation or platform-level standards adoption at scale.
