Senior Analyst, Supply Chain (Mandarin, Chinese)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid remote working environment

Salary: CAD $77,837.00–$122,548.53 annually, plus discretionary bonus and stock options

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day communication, purchase orders, delivery schedules, onboarding, and performance follow-up with ODM and vendor partners.
• Analyze demand forecasts, ODM capacity, supply plans, inventory levels, and sales data to identify risks and recommend solutions.
• Build and maintain supply chain models, reports, and KPI visibility using advanced Excel.
• Process return requests and coordinate with 3PL facilities to validate quantities, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Track NRE costs, investigate month-end discrepancies, and provide analysis for management.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and maintain supply chain documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive supply chain experience in technology, consumer electronics, IoT, or CPG.
• Previous experience using an enterprise ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is mandatory.
• Experience across demand planning, procurement, order fulfillment, and reverse logistics, preferably in a global context.
• Post-secondary education in Business and/or Supply Chain Management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling.
• Mandarin Chinese is required for the role.
