Inventory Coordinator I (Aviation)

What you will do

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and record materials against purchase orders, repair orders, and invoices.
• Process rejected and quarantined materials according to established procedures.
• Process inventory transactions, research discrepancies, and reconcile inventory records.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Prepare shipping documentation, package materials according to ATA300 or customer requirements, and process internal and customer repairs.
• Arrange product collections and shipments through carriers such as FedEx and Westbay while maintaining an orderly work area.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant warehouse, inventory, stockroom, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse shipping and receiving procedures, with basic maths and the ability to follow established processes.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull materials, climb stairs, and work assigned shifts, holidays, and overtime when required.
• Successful completion of applicable security and background checks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of shipping software such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
• Knowledge of electronic parts.
• Forklift experience or the ability to operate a forklift.
