Inventory & Logistics Coordinator (Harwell, Oxfordshire)

Location: Onsite at the Harwell, Oxfordshire premises, UK. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Receive, log, store, and issue components, tools, consumables, and mission-critical materials.
• Manage goods-in and goods-out processes, stock counts, audits, reconciliations, and inventory records.
• Track tools and shared equipment while maintaining clean, organised, and safe lab and storage areas.
• Support engineering teams in locating materials and equipment and identify low stock, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of satellite hardware and equipment with freight forwarders and couriers.
• Prepare shipping documents, align deliveries with production schedules, and support logistics cost tracking and invoice processing.

Requirements

• Experience or understanding of inventory control, goods handling, warehouse, or logistics processes.
• Confidence managing accurate data in inventory or ERP systems.
• Understanding of stock tracking, delivery coordination, and material movements.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, accuracy, and traceability.
• Clear communication with internal teams and external logistics partners.
• Comfort working in a technical or engineering-led environment and following defined processes reliably.
