Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, return, and safe identification of spare parts, consumables, and materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, discrepancy investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate shipments between suppliers, warehouses, and operational sites supporting UK and Ireland onshore wind operations.
• Prepare shipping documentation, track deliveries, and communicate updates to support maintenance schedules and site operations.
• Process goods receipts, goods issues, and stock transfers in SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Generate inventory and logistics reports to support operational decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with spare-parts inventory, warehouse operations, and materials coordination.
• Proficiency with SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Experience coordinating shipments, receiving goods, and working with freight and logistics providers.
• Ability to conduct stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Strong process-compliance, quality-control, problem-solving, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Vocational or technical qualification in logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
