What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for alcohol and drug abuse.
• Develop, implement, and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans and maintain records.
• Perform intake/readmission services and provide crisis intervention.
• Coordinate patient care and referrals with community providers and agencies.
• Orient patients to program operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provide in-service training to staff and contribute to an inclusive working environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a related Human Services field.
• Compliance with federal and state regulations regarding certification and licensure.
• Ability to make sound judgments with confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and substance abuse rehabilitation.
• Must be based in Mobile, AL.
