RF Engineer

Salary: $163,000–$224,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and modify complex electrical and electronic assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and develop solutions for challenging product issues.
• Perform engineering analysis and coordinate testing, including the preparation of test reports.
• Lead or execute engineering projects, including the development of key suppliers.
• Generate electrical product specifications and review engineering documentation for product releases.
• Support junior colleagues, lead project teams when needed, and build consensus on difficult technical matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in a related field.
• Strong RF fundamentals and at least 3 years of RF experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and perform engineering analysis with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading small engineering projects.
