Senior RF Engineer (RF Systems)

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, integrate, and test RF and microwave systems, architectures, components, circuits, and products.
• Work with antenna systems, including reflector and array designs, frequency synthesizers, transmitters, receivers, Land Mobile Radio, SATCOM, and tactical communications.
• Develop and validate system requirements, Concepts of Operations, engineering plans, process specifications, procedures, and technical reports.
• Conduct complex engineering analyses, research, testing, and evaluation of methods, materials, processes, and standards.
• Compile and assess test data, recommend technical solutions, and support engineering changes, rework, and design issues.
• Coordinate engineers, technical personnel, and external engineering or scientific organizations to deliver project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied science.
• At least 12 years of experience related to radio frequency systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Advanced application of RF engineering principles across complex research, design, and development assignments.
