TL;DR
Network Manager (Enterprise Networking): Leading the design, implementation, and operation of secure, high-performing enterprise network infrastructure with an accent on routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, firewalls, and cloud networking. Focus on modernizing large-scale network environments, leading incident response, strengthening security controls, and developing a team of network architects, engineers, and administrators.

What you will do
- Lead the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure.
- Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security across LAN, SD-WAN, wireless, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and cloud networking environments.
- Oversee network architecture, lifecycle management, technology upgrades, and infrastructure modernization.
- Lead major incident response and improve network reliability and performance.
- Manage and develop a team of network architects, engineers, and administrators.
- Manage vendors, technology evaluations, licensing, contracts, hardware lifecycle planning, and network operating and capital budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network environments.
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- Strong expertise in enterprise routing, switching, wireless networking, SD-WAN, and network security.
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus, Aruba or Cisco wireless, Palo Alto, Fortinet or Cisco firewalls, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network access control.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification.
- Aruba, HPE, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with Azure and AWS networking, Microsoft 365 networking, and network monitoring tools.
