VP, AI Enablement

Location: Stamford, CT, United States; hybrid work with required commuting to the nearest hirify.global hub for in-person meetings, training, and culture events.

Salary: $170,000–$290,000 annual, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI enablement programs that help employees understand, access, and responsibly use approved AI tools.
• Develop the AI employee experience strategy, including adoption journeys, communications, role-based enablement, feedback channels, and measurement plans.
• Drive AI tool and priority use-case rollouts, coordinating launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, guidance, adoption support, and post-launch learning.
• Build and manage AI communities, champion networks, learning forums, office hours, success stories, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
• Create playbooks, FAQs, responsible-use guidance, launch kits, leader toolkits, demonstrations, and engagement content for different employee audiences.
• Track adoption and engagement metrics, prepare executive updates, and support responsible external AI marketing and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience, or 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise adoption programs for new tools, digital capabilities, emerging technologies, or new ways of working.
• Experience partnering with legal, compliance, risk, privacy, marketing, communications, HR, technology, and business functions in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, collaboration tools, employee productivity technologies, and responsible-use concepts.
• Strong communications, change management, stakeholder management, executive storytelling, and adoption analytics skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Ability and flexibility to travel for business is required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI, generative AI, data, analytics, digital workplace, automation, or employee productivity adoption programs.
• Experience with external marketing, public relations, executive thought leadership, or technology and AI brand storytelling.
• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, credit, or another highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams communities, SharePoint, Viva, Power BI, learning platforms, survey tools, and adoption analytics platforms.
