Project Launch Manager - Data Center Construction

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; onsite three days per week. Travel is approximately 6–10 days per month, including in-person launch meetings.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year base salary.

What you will do

• Manage the transition of signed deals from lease execution through construction mobilization across a portfolio of data center sites.
• Package deal information, complete handover checks, and track transfer items, owners, and resolution dates.
• Prepare and co-lead onsite project launch meetings with client project leads.
• Coordinate schedule and cost reviews, preconstruction activities, design coordination, and developer interfaces.
• Drive due diligence open items to closure and maintain action logs and milestone reporting.
• Handover each site to the onsite delivery team with the current baseline, open item register, and accepted risk record.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience; a degree is not required.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Experience in data center delivery, preconstruction, development, mission-critical facilities, or comparable complex technical buildings.
• Working knowledge of data center construction, project handover, preconstruction coordination, change control, and open item tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, lead senior-stakeholder meetings, and secure commitments from external parties.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, contract requirements, schedule reviews, and cost reviews; proficiency with MS Suite and Google Workspace is required.
