Scheduler / Planner - Data Center Construction (Portuguese Speaking)

Location: USA wide, United States. On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year base salary.

What you will do

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling for large-scale data center construction projects supporting North America and LATAM.
• Develop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource assumptions, and reporting outputs.
• Apply critical path method scheduling to assess schedule logic, identify trends, and communicate risks, impacts, mitigations, and recovery options.
• Coordinate planning outputs with clients, project stakeholders, delivery partners, contractors, and project teams.
• Manage multiple project schedules while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Prepare leadership-ready schedule updates and comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities.

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese is required.
• At least 7 years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs.
• Experience planning capital projects valued at $500 million to $2 billion or more, preferably in data center construction or related process-intensive industries.
• Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule health analysis, schedule risk identification, and EPC plan analysis.
• Ability to self-direct, solve problems, work in a fast-paced project environment, and communicate detailed schedule data to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Data center design and construction delivery experience.
• Schedule risk analysis experience and familiarity with related planning tools.
• Experience with executive reporting, recovery planning, or schedule governance in complex capital programs.
