Control Account Manager (Nuclear)

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple control accounts with combined budgets of approximately $20–30 million.
• Develop and maintain integrated cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
• Provide leadership with summarized portfolio-level reporting and actionable insights.
• Analyze program performance to identify trends, risks, and variances, recommending corrective actions.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for schedule planning, tracking, and integration with project controls.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical leads, and finance to ensure accurate forecasting.

Requirements

• Active DOE Q Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex control accounts or portfolios valued at $20M+.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM), project controls, and cost/schedule management.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at Los Alamos National Laboratory

Nice to have

• Previous experience supporting DOE, NNSA, or National Laboratory programs.
• PMP or CAM certification.
• Experience briefing senior leadership and developing portfolio-level performance metrics.
