Construction Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington; travel up to 40% required.

Salary: $110,500–$183,000 annual, with potential performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead construction projects from early scoping through final closeout, managing scope, budget, schedule, quality, costs, timelines, and risks.
• Support contract execution and compliance with real estate, legal, internal teams, external partners, contractors, and trades.
• Manage change orders, payments, closeout documentation, and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Lead design development, prepare scope documentation, and manage consultants through permitting and inspections.
• Select qualified contractors and oversee general contractors, trades, jurisdictions, and store teams from bid through closeout.

Requirements

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, including on-site execution in fast-paced retail environments.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience with estimating, contracts, site operations, safety, operating stores, contract documents, and MEP systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Coupa, AutoCAD, and scheduling software.
