Associate Product Developer (Corded/Cordless)

What you will do

• Support the development and management of assigned products from brainstorming through mass production.
• Define and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs, market opportunities, and product technologies.
• Own sales performance for assigned categories and identify opportunities for new products.
• Lead competitive product analyses and translate market insights into product improvements.
• Share consumer and market feedback with product developers working on next-generation products.
• Partner with testing and quality organizations to define and manage product performance and quality procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field, preferably in consumer goods.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, management, engineering, or a related combination.
• Consumer-first approach to launching and improving products.
• Strong written, presentation, interpersonal, and face-to-face communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization, organization, and management of multiple projects.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate across multifunctional teams.
