Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 (plus yearly bonus)

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day product management for assigned laparoscopic surgery product lines.
  • Conduct market research through customer interviews and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market data and sales performance to support product planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools, including training materials and FAQs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, regulatory, quality, and finance teams to meet business objectives.
  • Support product launches, trade shows, and surgeon education events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, sales support, or market research.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania (Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel to support field activities and customer research.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Interest in surgical procedures and minimally invasive technologies.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex market information into clear recommendations.
