Location: Onsite in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. Full-time, 40 or more hours per week, from May through December 2027. Relocation is available. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Salary: $18.00–$27.50 per hour.

What you will do
- Support product management activities for marine parts and oils, including website content, sell sheets, sales reporting, SKU rationalization, and assortment analysis.
- Conduct competitive analysis across product lines using pricing, product, promotion, positioning, and placement data.
- Assess markets, consumer data, industry trends, and competitor information to identify growth and product enhancement opportunities.
- Maintain cross-reference lists, pricing data, competitive positioning insights, product images, and product descriptions.
- Collaborate with suppliers, dealers, customers, and cross-functional teams on product-related initiatives.
- Present recommendations for improving current product offerings in a final presentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, product management, marketing, or CPG in retail.
- At least a 3.0 GPA and minimum second-semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for working across departments, divisions, suppliers, dealers, and customers.
- Ability to collect, analyze, manage, and clearly present market and consumer data.
- Ability to work onsite full-time, 40 or more hours per week, from May through December 2027, with current United States work authorization.
Nice to have
- Mechanical and business aptitude, with familiarity with marine or powersports businesses.
- Project management experience or skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated approach.
