Associate Product Manager

Location: On-site at the Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States

What you will do

• Own an assigned product category across an extensive catalog of business support products.
• Research and source new products and vendors to support product development.
• Visit vendors and attend trade shows to understand manufacturing processes and track industry trends.
• Lead vendor negotiations and build successful supplier partnerships.
• Collaborate with Creative and Purchasing teams on catalog and digital strategies.
• Mentor Product Management Analysts and improve profitability, product quality, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• Availability to travel for trade shows and vendor visits.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.
