Associate Product Manager I (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States; occasional business travel and an active field travel schedule are required.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support the performance, profitability, growth, and product development of assigned IV systems product lines.
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing programs, promotional activities, and product marketing strategies.
• Manage forecasting, inventory levels, backorders, quality issues, operating budgets, and product incident follow-up.
• Support pre-launch and post-launch activities, sales enablement, and in-house product training.
• Lead trade show booth activities and coordinate with conventions and trade show teams.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, customers, vendors, consultants, and other cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of product marketing experience.
• Basic understanding of professional product management principles and business practices.
• Ability to analyze markets, make decisions, solve day-to-day problems, and provide forecasting projections.
• Valid driver’s license and passport; occasional business travel is required.
• Ability to sign a secrecy/invention agreement and non-compete agreement.
