Customer Support Specialist

Location: On-site in Hudson, Wisconsin, United States

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

What you will do

• Process customer orders, answer account inquiries, and recommend appropriate products.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and shipping.
• Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend effective hirify.global solutions.
• Help customers navigate hirify.global's website and online ordering.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training is provided for eager learners.
• Availability for full-time on-site work in Hudson, Wisconsin.
• All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
