Regional Finance Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Irvine, California, United States; hybrid. Valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Travel up to 20%.

Salary: $89,000–$149,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What you will do

• Guide regional annual business plans, mid-term plans, fixed expense targets, and monthly P&L forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze gross margin, regional P&L, program P&L, expense, and capital performance reports.
• Present monthly financial results and expense control analysis to regional leadership and top management.
• Act as a financial advisor and primary finance contact for regional management, HQ, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable.
• Support accounts receivable collection, payroll validation, tax and audit activities, investments, contracts, and regional projects.
• Oversee inventory and fixed-asset verification and develop cost-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in financial management or accounting.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Cognos planning and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage regional finance activities while working with HQ and department managers.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
