Sitecore Technical Consultant (Sitecore)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub.
• Develop backend solutions with C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
• Implement headless experiences using JSS or Next.js and modern JavaScript tooling.
• Design content models, integrations, and composable Sitecore patterns.
• Support platform upgrades, legacy migration, CI/CD deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with editors, marketers, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least five years of Sitecore development experience; six or more years of overall experience are stated for the position.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET, Sitecore APIs, and Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.
• Experience with JSS or Next.js, modern JavaScript, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance-tuning, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Sitecore Certified Developer credentials.
• Experience with XM Cloud migrations, Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize.
• Exposure to multi-brand or multi-region deployments.
• Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations.
