ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ServiceNow)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
• Configure and develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, scripts, integrations, and UI customizations.
• Extend the ServiceNow platform while following clean, upgrade-safe, and performant implementation practices.
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Apply the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal capabilities to enterprise solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and communicate technical findings and solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills, including ES5 and ES6.
• Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, plus strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or App Engine Studio.
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
