ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote, supporting a client in Washington, DC. US citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance are required.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop and support the ServiceNow application.
• Work with ServiceNow as the client's IT Service Management platform.
• Support Change, Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration, and Request Management modules.
• Apply ServiceNow development and code best practices.
• Lead technical development teams and facilitate discussions across multiple groups.
• Present technical information to management and serve as an effective liaison.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• An active Public Trust clearance is required.
• Subject-matter expertise in ServiceNow application development, platform architecture, or both.
• Experience with ServiceNow development and knowledge of the platform's functional and technical architecture.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Problem/Risk Management.
• Strong facilitation, oral and written communication, presentation, and technical leadership skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
