What you will do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow functionality, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, and Catalog Items.
• Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer and legacy workflows where applicable.
• Build simple REST and SOAP integrations and support data modeling across tables, service catalogs, and the CMDB.
• Clarify functional requirements, contribute to technical designs and estimates, and suggest implementation improvements.
• Execute unit and integrated testing, maintain test evidence and technical documentation, and support defect resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, customers, and support teams through Agile ceremonies, demonstrations, knowledge transfer, and post-delivery support.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• 5–9 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and support.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
• Understanding of ITSM concepts, ServiceNow core processes, databases, data structures, and simple queries.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, completed or in progress.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Experience with intermediate ServiceNow development, basic integrations, or the Automated Test Framework.
• Knowledge of secure development standards, platform governance, enterprise projects, or consulting.
