Account Manager II (Aviation)

Location: Hybrid role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Manage assigned customer accounts and support additional customers as directed.
• Review customer contract requirements and coordinate fulfillment across internal and contracted departments.
• Build long-term customer relationships and promote Panasonic Avionics products and services.
• Plan regional customer service activities, monitor satisfaction surveys and scorecards, and address performance deficiencies.
• Support collections, revenue recognition, purchase order receipt, sales forecasting, change requests, and regional budgeting.
• Prepare reports and presentations covering business opportunities, product improvements, trends, problems, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical understanding of inflight entertainment systems and related components.
• Strong knowledge of aviation or a related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, relationship management, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
