Account & Relationship Executive

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Analyze customer needs and align products and services with business requirements.
• Negotiate product and service terms, close sales, and implement targeted sales strategies.
• Track sales metrics, prepare accurate forecasts, and adapt strategies based on performance.
• Conduct regular client status meetings, support implementation, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Resolve complex customer issues and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to set terms and close deals.
• Solid knowledge of organizational products or services.
• Experience designing and implementing targeted sales strategies.
• Advanced CRM software skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
