Senior MuleSoft Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$160,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and develop MuleSoft Anypoint integration flows, including DataWeave transformations, error handling, and reusable connectors.
• Apply API-led connectivity and design, publish, and document System, Process, and Experience APIs.
• Configure CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and Hybrid runtimes for different workload requirements.
• Implement secure and event-driven integrations using OAuth2, mTLS, JWT, Anypoint MQ, Salesforce Platform Events, and Kafka.
• Optimize performance, build CI/CD pipelines, migrate legacy middleware integrations, and implement monitoring and alerting.
• Maintain technical documentation, contribute to integration standards, review designs and code, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of integration experience with strong MuleSoft Anypoint Platform expertise; the position listing specifies 12+ years of overall experience.
• Hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, Mule runtime, API-led connectivity, and RAML/OAS API design.
• Experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or Hybrid deployment, API security, Anypoint API Manager, and CI/CD for MuleSoft.
• Experience with event-driven integration and major SaaS platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or H-1B transfer candidates; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect credentials.
• Multi-cloud Mule runtime deployment experience.
• Knowledge of FinOps, zero-trust API security, or GraphQL APIs on Anypoint Platform.
