Senior Java Developer - Senior Software Engineer (Java/Spring Boot)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX; Columbus, OH; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; or Nashville, TN

Salary: $73,150–$174,000 base compensation annually

What you will do

• Build modern integration services, REST APIs, and event-driven solutions for enterprise capabilities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop integrations with Kafka, API management platforms, databases, and SaaS platforms.
• Create reusable service components and shared libraries.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and deploy applications to Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Implement security standards and monitor application health using Dynatrace, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong Java 17+ and Spring Boot experience.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and CI/CD.
• Experience writing automated tests and implementing quality gates.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and mTLS security standards.
