Salary: $111,000–$207,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and support Workato recipes and integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Own integration workstreams from design through delivery, support, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot errors, debug production integrations, and improve reliability, observability, and reusability.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, communicate trade-offs, and document reusable patterns and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise integrations, or automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools.
• Strong understanding of streaming patterns, asynchronous processing, event-driven integrations, and Kafka.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, message queues, ETL/iPaaS tools, and middleware platforms.
• Experience with error handling, debugging, monitoring, and production integration support.
• Must be able to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Confluent Cloud or other streaming and data integration platforms.
• Knowledge of OAuth, API keys, SSO workflows, and integration security.
• Experience documenting reusable integration standards and operational runbooks.
