Staff Salesforce MuleSoft IDP Developer (GenAI)

What you will do

• Configure custom document actions, schemas, AI prompts, classifiers, and workflows in MuleSoft IDP.
• Publish IDP document actions as REST APIs through Anypoint Exchange for Mule applications and RPA bots.
• Integrate extracted document data with ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and database systems using DataWeave.
• Design asynchronous processing queues, concurrency limits, multi-worker CloudHub architectures, caching, and rate-limiting strategies for high document volumes.
• Build benchmark datasets and refine LLM prompts to improve JSON extraction, summaries, line-item tables, and accuracy.
• Provide Tier 3 production support for runtime failures, OAuth token issues, parsing errors, and blocked processing queues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience.
• 3+ years of MuleSoft integration experience, including 1+ year deploying GenAI prompt engineering or IDP workloads.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 certification.
• Practical knowledge of few-shot prompting, system instructions, structural prompt formatting, and JSON text parsing.
• Experience with multi-worker CloudHub architectures, persistent queues, or parallel MuleSoft RPA executions.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Hyperautomation Developer certification.
