Senior Human Resources Manager

Location: On-site in Irving, Texas, United States. Travel to hirify.global’s North American locations is required for initial training.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Oversee HR operations and support a workforce of more than 700 employees.
• Lead recruiting for warehouse, facilities, and office positions.
• Source, interview, and hire talent for leadership and other key roles.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, performance management, and employee relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth, shift-based, or warehouse environments.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws.
• Ability to work on-site in Irving, Texas.
