TL;DR
Country HR US Program Integrator (HR/M&A): Coordinating U.S. Country HR activities for acquisitions, divestitures, outsourcing, and business transfers with an accent on employment compliance, workforce due diligence, and employee integration. Focus on aligning Payroll, Total Rewards, Employment Law, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders, managing transaction risks, and supporting compliant employee transitions.

Location: Onsite, primarily from an HPE office in the United States; salary reference is Texas

Salary: USD 92,600–213,500 annual base salary, with possible variable incentives.

What you will do

  • Serve as the U.S. Country HR generalist partner for MADO-related workforce activities and transaction planning.
  • Translate transaction objectives, timelines, and requirements into workforce considerations and HR actions.
  • Coordinate input from Payroll, Total Rewards, Employment Law, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and other HR centers of excellence.
  • Review workforce due diligence, identify compliance implications, risks, dependencies, and employee experience impacts.
  • Coordinate offer letters, employee transition documentation, communications, FAQs, and change management materials.
  • Support employee integrations, transfers, and separations while maintaining business continuity and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of related human resources experience, including HR generalist experience.
  • Superior knowledge of human resources areas with expertise in selected functional areas.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and the local environment.
  • Advanced business acumen, excellent communication, consulting, influencing, and program management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives and manage change across broad populations.

Nice to have

  • Employee Relations experience.
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions from an HR perspective.
