Sr. Business Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide value creation pipelines and business process transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Guide large-scale initiatives spanning multiple functions, systems, operating models, and stakeholder groups.
• Advise leadership on portfolio prioritization, investment trade-offs, resource needs, business impact, and capability development.
• Establish standards, templates, KPIs, business cases, process controls, and reporting practices for business process engineering.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, AI, analytics, and system integration across manufacturing operations.
• Mentor team members, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive process analysis, re-engineering, measurement, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, engineering, process optimization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with current-state analysis, performance metrics, root-cause analysis, business cases, cost-benefit analysis, future-state design, process controls, and management.
• Deep experience in strategic process transformation, governance, portfolio prioritization, financial justification, and value realization.
• Advanced understanding of manufacturing systems, data flows, integrations, operating models, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Working-level English is required, and candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Industrial manufacturing experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
