Manufacturing Quality Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; on-site with approximately 30%–40% travel to manufacturing facilities, vendor sites, and client locations

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing quality operations and quality teams across multiple production facilities.
• Oversee mechanical quality for fabrication, structural assemblies, sheet metal, welding, coatings, fastening, and enclosures.
• Oversee electrical quality for switchgear, switchboards, breakers, cabinets, busbars, wiring, and electrical safety testing.
• Lead FAT and FWT readiness, test procedure approval, calibration verification, traceability, defect resolution, and witness inspections.
• Implement process controls including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, Poka-Yoke, standardized work, FAI, and layered audits.
• Drive CAPA, NCR, RCA, 8D, SCAR, audit readiness, quality metrics, supplier quality, and continuous improvement with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality, quality engineering, quality assurance, electrical quality, mechanical quality, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing cross-functional quality teams across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Expertise spanning electrical hardware and mechanical hardware, including switchgear, industrial controls, sheet metal fabrication, structural welding, and enclosures.
• Strong experience with FAT, FWT, hi-pot, dielectric, continuity, IQC, IPQC, OQC, and end-to-end manufacturing inspection.
• Knowledge of UL compliance, certification requirements, QMS principles, ISO auditing, quality data management, CAPA, RCA, SCAR, 8D, and NCR methodologies.
• Ability and willingness to travel 30%–40%; participation in safety, background check, drug, and alcohol programs is mandatory for this safety-sensitive position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• ASQ CQE, CQA, or CQM certification; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
• AWS Certified Welding Inspector designation or formal NDE training.
• Experience with UL 891, UL 508, NRTL, NETA ATS specifications, enterprise QMS platforms, QMS/ERP/MES integrations, and advanced quality analytics.
• Experience in mission-critical infrastructure, data centers, power distribution, switchgear, or industrial controls.
