Customer Experience Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Serve walk-in customers and resolve issues while providing accurate, efficient transaction processing.
• Identify consumer and business financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and banking products.
• Grow customer relationships through structured sales processes, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate customers about banking products, mobile services, online banking, and other technologies.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and support business partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service experience or qualifying military service, or a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to complete additional background checks and provide fingerprints under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, communication, relationship management, and sales.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking tools.
