Assistant Branch Experience Manager (Retail Banking)

Location: Greystone branch, Birmingham, Alabama, United States; onsite branch work with weekend availability and relief coverage at other branches as needed.

What you will do

• Manage branch staff and assume responsibility for branch operations when the manager is absent.
• Coach, train, and assess staff on Avadian’s Sales Flow Model, products, services, and operational procedures.
• Communicate action plans, goals, corporate initiatives, secret-shop results, and training opportunities.
• Help develop and implement branch sales goals while maintaining a positive member and staff experience.
• Provide account information, open accounts, resolve member issues, and professionally handle member interactions.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services, maintain branch reports, and represent Avadian in the community.

Requirements

• Significant financial services and sales experience.
• One to three years of retail banking experience.
• Experience working with sales quotas or managing sales objectives.
• Ability to maintain member satisfaction, meet member needs, and achieve branch sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, decisiveness, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends and provide relief coverage at other branches when needed.
