Senior Director, Practice Operations - Mental Health

Location: USA - Any Location (Remote); ability to work remotely, take call, and travel is expected.

Base salary: $170,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations for the US Mental Health virtual healthcare practice.
• Lead Regional Practice Managers, Practice Coordinators, and clinical and non-clinical care team staff.
• Develop reporting and performance metrics to monitor results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Co-develop and implement strategic plans supporting practice growth, financial performance, service quality, and patient experience.
• Coordinate provider networks, including W-2 employees, 1099 contractors, and third-party MSO vendors.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product & Engineering, Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Revenue Cycle, Provider Relations, Credentialing, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of operational leadership experience in a multispecialty practice, clinic, or ambulatory care setting.
• Experience leading change in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organization, reporting, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to lead clinical and non-clinical staff while maintaining compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
