What you will do

• Own the architecture, schematic and PCB design, bring-up, verification, and industrialisation of analog, mixed-signal, and RF/high-speed electronic subsystems.
• Develop low-noise amplifiers, high-speed and RF signal-conditioning circuits, opto-electronic drivers, A/D conversion, and optimised power-supply blocks.
• Design low-noise mixed-signal PCBs using robust partitioning, grounding, shielding, and layout techniques to protect signal integrity and minimise coupling.
• Define and review specifications with system, optical, and firmware engineers, leading trade-offs involving noise, bandwidth, timing, and electromagnetic compatibility.
• Plan and execute laboratory bring-up and verification with structured testing and data-driven analysis.
• Coordinate and technically guide subcontractors and suppliers while improving design documentation and review practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic or Opto-electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least seven years of experience designing complex, high-performance hardware modules.
• Strong analog and mixed-signal design expertise, including low-noise, precision, and high-speed circuits.
• Solid RF fundamentals, including impedance matching, transmission lines, filtering, signal integrity, and power integrity.
• Experience with schematics and PCB layouts in Altium Designer, simulation and modelling tools such as LTspice, and laboratory instruments including oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, and signal generators.
• Fluent English is required. French is an advantage.
