Senior ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; office-based. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 annually, plus bonus and sign-on equity grant.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and CMDB.
• Configure and customize UI Actions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes using maintainable, upgrade-safe approaches.
• Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Establish development standards through code reviews and drive platform health, performance, and scalability.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex platform issues and own resolution through completion.
• Create and maintain Service Portal pages using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience, including complex cross-functional implementations.
• Expert-level JavaScript proficiency and strong experience with HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience designing and building integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Deep understanding of ITIL and Customer Service Management processes within ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience with CSM, Asset Management, or Nuvolo.
