Salary: $120,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead engineering teams, projects, and programs from outcome definition and milestone planning through completion.
• Manage product and process specifications, project costs, resource utilization, and delivery timelines.
• Direct documentation, reporting, knowledge transfer, and compliance with engineering, intellectual property, ISO, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
• Set departmental budgets and manage material and financial resources in alignment with annual operating plans.
• Assign work, coach subordinate staff, and support professional development.
• Lead research and development of new manufacturing technologies and incorporate resulting processes, designs, and methodologies into products and services.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles within the relevant engineering job family.
• Working knowledge of related engineering disciplines and the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing a generally homogeneous engineering team and adapting priorities to operational challenges.
• Ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal or external stakeholders.
• Compliance with hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct is required.
