Regional Human Resources Manager

Location: On-site at the Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States; the role supports distribution centers in California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct HR initiatives supporting more than 1,300 employees across hirify.global’s distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and execute hands-on recruitment strategies.
• Develop and coach an HR team supporting a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with distribution leaders on HR processes and programs aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work on-site at the Wisconsin Distribution Center.
